Event Details:Join middle school students and their families for a conversation about what to do when you are feeling stressed or anxious.
Join middle school students and their families for a conversation about what to do when you are feeling stressed or anxious.
"Alexandria Youth Speak Up: What do you do when you're feeling stressed or anxious?" will bring middle school students and their parents together to discuss healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety.

This event will take place at George Washington Middle School (1005 Mt. Vernon Avenue) on Thursday, January 19, from 6 - 8 p.m.

Dinner, childcare, interpretation and raffle prizes will be provided.

This event is hosted by the the Children Youth and Families Collaborative Commission, the Alexandria Campaign on Adolescent Pregnancy, the Gang Prevention Community Task Force, and the Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Alexandria.
