Held at Armistead L. Boothe Park, 520 Cameron Station Blvd., next to Samuel Tucker School. Program includes children’s activities such as scarecrow making; pumpkin and face painting; moonbounce; puppet show; band performance; pony rides; exhibits and food sales.
