Because this year’s Black History Month theme is “Black Women in American Culture and History,” Ms. Bah will examine the family histories of four Alexandria women who were influential in the city’s African American community. See how Char’s techniques can help you document your own family history! This event is part of Ms. Bah’s ongoing genealogy series, “Their Voices Can Be Heard.” Reservations recommended. $5 admission.
