Join us for a film screening of "Thicker Than Blood" in recognition of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.

Event Details:The event will highlight the stigma and challenges of living with HIV today, while increasing awareness about the barriers faced by HIV+ and LGBTQ community members. Doors open at 6 p.m.; the film will start promptly at 7 p.m. Facilitators will lead discussion immediately following the movie. Light refreshments will be served prior to the movie, and FREE HIV testing will be available.

This event is co-sponsored by Alexandria Health Department; Getting to Zero Alexandria; Alexandria Commission on HIV/AIDS, Gay Men's Health Collaborative (GMHC); and Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. Northern Virginia Alumnae Chapter.
