Sticker Shock is organized by the Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Alexandria (SAPCA), Virginia ABC, and area law enforcement agencies, including the Alexandria Police Department and Alexandria Sheriff’s Office.

This campaign will kick off with a press conference in the parking lot at 720 North Saint Asaph Street. Mayor William D. Euille, Alexandria Police Captain Tammy Hooper, two T.C. Williams students, and Debbie Sausville, who lost a daughter to drunk drinking will speak about the importance of this campaign and how adults can help protect young people.
