|Event Details:||Free and open to community members who live, work or volunteer in the City of Alexandria. All trainings will be held at the Center for Alexandria’s Children, 1900 N. Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA.
Free Parking. Certificates of completion will be provided and CEUs are available. Learn to protect children from experiencing sexual abuse. One in ten children experience sexual abuse
before age 18 — an alarming reality — and there is hope because abuse can be prevented. Alexandria
professionals experienced in working with child abuse survivors will lead interactive training sessions.
Learn what individuals and organizations can do to better protect children. Dinner provided and on-site childcare with advanced notice. Must register to attend.
