Question, Persuade, and Refer - Suicide Prevention

Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) is an educational program designed to teach individuals three simple steps to help save a life from suicide. Participants learn how to effectively recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis. The training provides the skills necessary to question someone about their well-being, persuade them to seek help, and refer them to appropriate professional resources.
