Celebrate Recovery Month Connect · Create · Celebrate This event honors the recovery journeys of DCHS clients by creating a supportive, uplifting, and inclusive environment that fosters connection, wellness, and continued motivation during National Recovery Month. The event’s goals include celebrating recovery milestones, promoting community engagement, and reinforcing recovery-oriented values. Join us for a day of art, movement, nutrition, and wellness. Highlights include nutrition demonstrations focused on healthy eating in recovery, with complimentary samples; mindful art activities that explore how creativity supports mental well-being; and breath work sessions introducing simple techniques to reduce stress. Participants will also have the opportunity to create and take home a personal canvas during the Herd Art Activity.
