Welcome to the City of Alexandria Motorcoach Parking Reservation Web application.

In order view parking availability or make a reservation, you will need to log in with our MyAlex Web login system.

Reserved parking is available in three different locations -- see our Parking locations map.

To verify a reservation, please enter the number from its permit here. Note that you must enter the full number, which will look like 18-3456.

Payments, Refunds and Deliveries

Payments can be made by credit card with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover or by online ACH eCheck.
Discover MasterCard Visa

There will be NO Refunds for purchased permits.

The customer is responsible for printing PDF's of each permit. We do not mail or ship physical permits.
