  held the evening of September 8\, 2025 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Minnie Howard
  Campus of Alexandria City High School\, 3775 W Braddock Road\, Alexandri
 a\, VA 22302. The community is invited to provide feedback on draft recom
 mendations for two Housing 2040 projects: Tenant Rights and Resources and
  Homeowner Programs and Resources. Staff will provide updates on proposed
  revisions to the Housing 2040 draft principles and goals and on upcoming
  projects and engagement opportunities. \n\nThe event will start with an 
 open house from 6 to 7 p.m. with information boards on Housing 2040 proje
 cts and the City's recently completed 2025 Rental Housing Analysis. The c
 ommunity meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. will include a presentation and Q&A\, f
 ollowed by small group discussions. A light dinner will be served and int
 erpretation will be provided in Spanish. For interpretation in other lang
 uages\, please indicate your preferred language in the registration form
