 VA.  The 2024 hearing dates were previously advertised. The office has ad
 ded the following date:\n\nApril 1st\, 2025 - 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.\n\nThe de
 adline for filing an appeal was June 3\, 2024\, however\, this appeal dea
 dline is not applicable to appeals of assessments for newly constructed r
