 es. From a crisp bubbly and refreshing white wine to a bold and robust re
 d wine. To complement the wines\, we have enlisted the expertise of Frenc
 h Chef and Culinary Instructor\, Hugh Cossard. With his passion for Frenc
 h cuisine\, Chef Cossard will take us on a tour through the flavors of Fr
 ance\, featuring charcuterie\, cheeses\, and other delicacies. To guide u
 s through the wine tasting\, we have enlisted the knowledge of second-gen
 eration wine expert Marc Lotterie of Elite Wines\, who will take us on a 
 journey through French wine country and offer special tips for selecting
