 and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COVID-19 Pandemic emer
 gency\, the January 2022\, meeting of the Alexandria Redevelopment and Ho
 using Authority Board of Commissioners is being held electronically pursu
 ant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuity of Gover
 nment ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020\, to undert
 ake essential business.  All of the members of the public body and staff 
 are participating from remote locations through a Zoom meeting. This meet
 ing is being held electronically\, unless a determination is made that it
  is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 401 Wythe Stree
 t\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in either event. 
  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (link below).\n\n
 Public comment will be received at the meeting. Individuals interested in
  speaking during the Public Discussion Period should contact Casandra Mar
