  RPCA recognized that there was a lot of community interest about Portner
  Park\, and because of this\, RPCA will be holding a community meeting at
  the Powhattan 204 Fire Station (900 2nd Street). The goal of this meetin
 g is to hear the various opinions and work to reach a consensus for how t
