The City is offering free tax return prep to eligible residents every Wednesday, 6:30pm-8pm and Saturdays, 9am-12pm starting Feb 1 thru Apr 11. Expert volunteers from @CommTaxAidDC will help taxpayers ensure all applicable credits/deductions are applied for, including tax credits.

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities, in partnership with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, will renovate Woodbine Tot Lot in Spring 2020. A community pre-construction meeting with city staff and the contractor is scheduled for Saturday, March 4 at 10am at Woodbine Tot Lot (1509 Woodbine Street).
