 ia. "Young Historians" is cosponsored by the Alexandria Black History Mus
 eum and the Office of Historic Alexandria as part of their "Storytime for
  Young Historians" program that started in 2018 in the Watson Reading Roo
 m. Ages 5-8.\n\nPlease note that this program will be held indoors. While
  children ages 0-5 are now eligible for vaccines\, the library is continu
 ing to offer outdoor programming and is slowly phasing in indoor programm
 ing for all ages. Until it is determined to be safe for both staff and pa
 trons\, we will not offer maximum occupancy to indoor events. Indoor prog
 ramming in meeting rooms will be phased in starting with 30% of maximum r
 oom occupancy for programs for children. Please arrive early to indoor pr
