 y the City Council on June 20\, 2020 or Section 4-0.01(g) in HB29 and HB3
 0\, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly (Virginia Acts of Assem
 bly Ch. 1283 and 1289)\, to undertake essential business. All of the memb
 ers of the Board and staff are participating from remote locations throug
 h a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a de
 termination is made that it is safe enough to be held in person. Electron
 ic access will be provided in either event. The meeting can be accessed b
 y the public through the Zoom link below.  \n \n\n \nThe purpose of the T
 ask Force is to receive briefings on the status of gang suppression\, pre
 vention and intervention programs and activities in the City\; assist in 
 informing and educating the Alexandria community about the gang suppressi
 on\, prevention and intervention programs and activities\; assist in iden
 tifying programs and activities that will address specific gang-related p
 roblems or issues in the City\; assist in identifying opportunities to ob
 tain funding for programs and activities that will address such gang-rela
 ted problems or issues\; and\, assist in identifying state or local laws 
 that should be enacted or amended to enable the City\, and possibly other
  local governments\, to better address problems and issues arising from o
