 a invites the community to participate in the Cohousing/Co-living Virtual
  Open House scheduled for April 20th from 7-9 p.m. Cohousing/co-living ge
 nerally offers individuals who are unrelated a private living space as we
 ll as access to communal areas like kitchen\, bathrooms\, and living spac
 es. This Cohousing/co-living initiative was launched with the goals of pr
 oviding greater housing choice for people of all ages\, abilities and inc
 omes\; increasing the potential stock of market rate affordable units\; a
 nd preserving social and cultural diversity through mixed-income communit
 ies.\n\nThis virtual meeting will include a brief refresher about cohousi
 ng/co-living\, some case studies from around the country\, offer a summar
 y of the feedback from the community survey\, and provide initial policy 
 recommendations based on these findings. At the end of the presentation w
 e will open the floor for questions\, comments\, discussion\, and suggest
 ions from the public. As part of a collaborative process we will continue
  collecting your input via a survey after the meeting in order to further
  refine the text amendment recommendations for consideration by Planning
