 anuary 27\, 2021 meeting of the Alexandria Gang Prevention Community Task
  Force is being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2
 -3708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the Cit
 y Council on June 20\, 2020 or Section 4-0.01(g) in HB29 and HB30\, enact
 ed by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly (Virginia Acts of Assembly Ch. 1
 283 and 1289)\, to undertake essential business. All of the members of th
 e Board and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom 
 meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determinati
 on is made that it is safe enough to be held in person. Electronic access
  will be provided in either event. The meeting can be accessed by the pub
 lic through the Zoom link below.  \n \n\n \nThe purpose of the Task Force
  is to receive briefings on the status of gang suppression\, prevention a
 nd intervention programs and activities in the City\; assist in informing
  and educating the Alexandria community about the gang suppression\, prev
 ention and intervention programs and activities\; assist in identifying p
 rograms and activities that will address specific gang-related problems o
 r issues in the City\; assist in identifying opportunities to obtain fund
 ing for programs and activities that will address such gang-related probl
 ems or issues\; and\, assist in identifying state or local laws that shou
 ld be enacted or amended to enable the City\, and possibly other local go
 vernments\, to better address problems and issues arising from or related
