 g. To comply with Virginia's Safer at Home Phase Three guidelines\, this 
 year's celebration will take place online with virtual performances\, inc
 luding a citywide sing-along. Enjoy music from the Alexandria Symphony Or
 chestra and the Navy Commodores\, and a stirring poem written for the occ
 asion by Alexandria Poet Laureate KaNikki Jakarta. Everyone is invited to
  join in the celebration and stand at porches\, stoops\, balconies or win
 dows to sing "Happy Birthday" to Alexandria together at 7 p.m. Local sing
 er and songwriter Lea will lead the song via a live stream\, also featuri
