 for last minute holiday gifts featuring: Blooms of Paradise (floral arran
 gements)\; "African Women and Youth Initiative" (African jackets\, handba
 gs and jewelry from Kenya)\; and Girl Scout Troop 5416 (holiday stocking 
 stuffers). \n  \nA "meet and greet" begins at 6 p.m.  Light refreshments 
 will be on hand\, complements of the Arts Division of the Alexandria Depa
 rtment of Recreation\, Parks and Cultural Activities. Concert begins at 7
