  poetry readings by Alexandria Poet Laureate Wendy R. Kaplan and Palestin
 ian American Poet Samar Najia. \n\nDelicious Saudi Arabian\, Egyptian\, J
 ordanian\, Lebanese\, and Palestinian cuisine and sweets will be availabl
 e for purchase from local restaurants and caterers. \n\nShop for beautifu
 l holiday gifts made by Arab American artists and artisans from Egypt\, I
 raq\, Lebanon\, Morocco\, Tunisia\, and Yemen including exquisite Palesti
 nian embroidery\, Moroccan ceramics\, Holy Land olive oil and beauty prod
 ucts\, and Yemeni Bedouin silver jewelry. \n\nAmr Mounib\, Manal Deeb\, R
 ana Al Amine\, Mona Bayoumi\, and Ahmed AlKharkh are among the Arab Ameri
 can artists exhibiting dazzling photography\, paintings\, and mixed media
  original art.  The Embassies of Jordan\, Libya\, and Oman will showcase 
 their rich culture and heritage and tourism at American Arabesque. \n\nTh
 e Embassy of Oman\, Upcycle Creative Reuse Center\, and Maktabatee are sp
 onsoring educational activities for children\, and world percussionist To
 m Teasley will host an interactive workshop on traditional drumming.  \n\
