  The Alexandria-Caen Sister City Committee has curated a special food and 
 wine tasting experience that will delight your taste buds and transport yo
 u to the heart of France. We will enjoy the anticipated 2023 Beaujolais No
 uveau and then explore beyond the Beaujolais region to showcase some of th
 e finest French wines. From a crisp bubbly and refreshing white wine to a 
 bold and robust red wine. To complement the wines\, we have enlisted the e
 xpertise of French Chef and Culinary Instructor\, Hugh Cossard. With his p
 assion for French cuisine\, Chef Cossard will take us on a tour through th
 e flavors of France\, featuring charcuterie\, cheeses\, and other delicaci
 es. To guide us through the wine tasting\, we have enlisted the knowledge 
 of second-generation wine expert Marc Lotterie of Elite Wines\, who will t
 ake us on a journey through French wine country and offer special tips for
  selecting a great value wine. You will also receive a signature wine-tast
