DESCRIPTION:The City of Alexandria is repairing the Van Dorn Street culvert
  over Holmes Run during Summer and Fall 2023. Work crews will be repairing
  deteriorated concrete and eroded metal pipe. The project will extend the 
 service life of the culvert and protect the structure from further damage.

 uestions the community may have. The meeting is open to the public and all
