 n such real estate assessments.\n Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\,
  the 2022 Board of Equalization hearings are being held virtually pursuant
  to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Government 
 ordinance adopted by City Council on June 20\, 2020 to undertake essential
  business. Board members and City staff will be participating from remote 
 locations through a video conference call using Zoom. Advanced registratio
 n is required for this meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\
 , unless a determination is made that it is safe enough to be held in pers
 on in the REA & OPA Conference Room 3008\, 301 King Street\, Alexandria\, 
 VA. Electronic access will be provided in either event. \nAfter registerin
