DESCRIPTION:Due to the Christmas holiday\, the monthly meeting of the Commi
 ssion for the Arts has been changed from December 21st to December 7th. \n
 \nDue to the COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the December 7\, 2021 meeting o
 f the Commission for the Arts is being held electronically pursuant to Vir
 ginia Code Section 2.2 3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuity of Government ordin
 ance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020 to undertake essential 
 business. All of the members of the public body and staff are participatin
 g from remote locations through Zoom Webinar. This meeting is being held e
 lectronically\, unless a determination is made that it is safe enough for
