 ndria Gang Prevention Community Task Force is being held electronically pu
 rsuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Gover
 nment ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020. All of the 
 members of the Board and staff are participating from remote locations thr
 ough a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a 
 determination is made that it is safe enough to be held in person. The mee
 ting can be accessed by the public through the Zoom link below.  \n \n\n \
 nThe purpose of the Task Force is to receive briefings on the status of ga
 ng suppression\, prevention and intervention programs and activities in th
 e City\; assist in informing and educating the Alexandria community about 
 the gang suppression\, prevention and intervention programs and activities
 \; assist in identifying programs and activities that will address specifi
 c gang-related problems or issues in the City\; assist in identifying oppo
 rtunities to obtain funding for programs and activities that will address 
 such gang-related problems or issues\; and\, assist in identifying state o
 r local laws that should be enacted or amended to enable the City\, and po
 ssibly other local governments\, to better address problems and issues ari
