DESCRIPTION:Registration for fall classes and activities offered by the Cit
 y of Alexandria's Department of Recreation\, Parks and Cultural Activities
  (RPCA) will begin at 9 a.m. on August 26 for City residents\, and August 
 28 for nonresidents. Fall registration applies to classes\, leagues and ac
 tivities occurring from September through December.\n\nAll health guidelin
 es for staff and participants will be met\, including symptom screening\; 
 use of face masks\; enhanced cleaning between activity periods\; and physi
 cal distancing protocols specified for each type of program. To ensure the
