 senior fitness.\n\nParkour is the practice of human locomotion through pla
 y & obstacle course.  PK Move is a unique parkour "gym without walls" - we
   come to you! PK Move's Mission is to provide parkour training that's spe
 cifically designed to meet the needs of people who may feel uncomfortable 
 in a gym. We serve senior citizens\, cancer survivors\, Title I school stu
 dents\, veterans\, those with learning differences\, and others. Our Visio
 n is to provide parkour and natural movement programs that are accessible 
 to people of all ages and abilities. PK Move shares the transformative pow
 er of parkour. \n\n\nOnline class to touch base with our students. Class s
 tructure will consist of demonstrations and instructional videos for exerc
