  is a workshop facilitated by KaNikki Jakarta\, Alexandria's Poet Laureate
 . An award Winning Poet\, Author\, & Publisher\, Jakarta designed the work
 shop with writers in mind. Attendees must email Kanikkij@gmail.com to regi
 ster and receive an invitation to attend on ZOOM. \n\nJakarta is an award-
 winning performance poet who has toured the United States and the United K
 ingdom. She has founded\, facilitated\, or hosted 15 live poetry events\, 
 ranging from "open mics" and award ceremonies to conferences and workshops
 . With more than 26 years of writing experience and nearly two decades on 
 the poetry scene\, Jakarta has opened for vocalists Jill Scott\, Raheem Da
 Vaughn\, and Lyfe Jennings. She has authored three works of fiction\, two 
 poetry collections\, a poetry CD\, and a memoir.\n\nThis program is part o
