DESCRIPTION:Beginning March 12\, Alexandria residents will join households 
 across America as they begin to receive invitations to complete the 2020 C
 ensus survey. The results of the survey will provide the most complete cou
 nt of current U.S. residents\, which will determine congressional represen
 tation\; inform hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding\; and p
 rovide data that will impact communities for the next decade. As mandated 
 by the U.S. Constitution\, the Census counts every person living in the U.
 S. every 10 years regardless of age\, race\, or citizenship status. Partic
 ipation in the Census brings resources to local communities and guarantees
  fair representation in government.
