 hed the City of Alexandria with a wish from Whitaker\, a local four-year o
 ld battling cancer. Whitaker loves going to the Woodbine Tot Lot across th
 e street from his house and has asked to renovate the playground and add s
 ome special items to make the tot lot extra special for himself and his ne
 ighborhood friends. Construction work is anticipated to take place between
