  of Alexandria\, Arlington County\, and Alexandria-based law firm Mercer T
 rigiani are sponsoring a series of workshops related to condominium and co
 mmunity associations during FY2020.  The goals for these classes include e
 ducating first-time homebuyers about the structure and governance of condo
 minium communities\; strengthening the knowledge of community board member
 s in understanding\, managing and budgeting\; and helping communities unde
 rstand state law related to open meetings and governance. A light breakfas
 t will be provided at each session. The workshops are offered at no cost t
 o participants\, but pre-registration is requested.
