 ent out a survey to receive feedback on the Draft Pocket Parks Improvement
  Plan. The survey closed on August 30 and RPCA is currently reviewing the 
 results and making its final recommendations for the plan. While reviewing
  the survey results\, RPCA recognized that there was a lot of community in
 terest about Portner Park\, and because of this\, RPCA will be holding a c
 ommunity meeting at the Powhattan 204 Fire Station (900 2nd Street). The g
 oal of this meeting is to hear the various opinions and work to reach a co
 nsensus for how to move forward with a plan for the park. \n\nLocation: Fi
