 ill offer two 90-minute soldier-led tours of historic Fort Ward at 10 a.m.
  and at 2 p.m.  The tours will be conducted by an interpreter portraying a
  Union army veteran reminiscing about his service at Fort Ward.   Particip
 ants will learn about Civil War veterans' organizations\, the history of F
 ort Ward\, army life in the Defenses of Washington\, and the design and co
 nstruction of Civil War forts.   Highlights include the reconstructed Offi
 cers' Hut and ceremonial entrance gate\, and the fort's fully restored Nor
 thwest Bastion. Tours are free and begin inside the Museum.  The program i
