 to receive invitations to complete the 2020 Census survey. The results of 
 the survey will provide the most complete count of current U.S. residents\
 , which will determine congressional representation\; inform hundreds of b
 illions of dollars in federal funding\; and provide data that will impact 
 communities for the next decade. As mandated by the U.S. Constitution\, th
 e Census counts every person living in the U.S. every 10 years regardless 
 of age\, race\, or citizenship status. Participation in the Census brings 
 resources to local communities and guarantees fair representation in gover
