 Board meetings every Wednesday and convene immediately into Executive Sess
 ion to discuss Legal\, Real Estate and\, Personnel issues. The meetings wi
 ll begin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COV
 ID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the August 2022 Special Board meetings of the A
 lexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is be
 ing held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3)
  and the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on
  June 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business. All of the members of t
 he public body and staff are participating from remote locations through a
  Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determ
 ination is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board R
 oom at 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provi
