 ill begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the CO
 VID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the July 2022\, meeting of the Alexandria Rede
 velopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being held elect
 ronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Conti
 nuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 202
 0\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the public bod
 y and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom meeting
 . This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determination is ma
 de that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 401 Wy
 the Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in either
