 al Estate and\, Personnel issues on Monday\, February 28\, 2022. The meeti
 ng will begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to th
 e COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the January 2022\, meeting of the Alexandr
 ia Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being hel
 d electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and th
 e Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 2
 0\, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the pub
 lic body and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom 
 meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determinatio
 n is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at
  401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in
  either event.  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (li
 nk below).\n\nPublic comment will be received at the meeting. Individuals 
 interested in speaking during the Public Discussion Period should contact
