the Pulmonary Medicine Department at Washington Adventist Hospital in Tak
oma Park.\n\nDuring the ceremony\, Mayor Justin Wilson and members of Cit
y Council will light a candelabrum that the late Holocaust survivor Charl
ene Schiff and her husband\, Ed\, donated to the City. The 54-inch high\,
solid brass candelabrum was donated in memory of Charlene Schiff's paren
ts and sister\, and the six million Jews and millions of others who peris
hed in the Holocaust. The Schiff candelabrum is also made available to sc
hools and civic groups studying the Holocaust.\n\nThe U.S. Holocaust Memo
rial Museum leads the nation in the weeklong Days of Remembrance commemor
ation\, in accordance with Congressional mandate.\n\nInformation on antis
