history as we work toward creating a more inclusive community\, the Alexa
ndria Community Remembrance Project has invited Rachel Laser to speak abo
ut attempts to stifle the teaching of our shared history\, book bans and
disinformation that stokes fear about race in our public schools. She wil
l be presenting "Why the 'Parental Rights' Movement Is Anti-Civil Rights.

ng.\n\nEvent will be at Shiloh Baptist Worship Center at 1401 Jamieson Av
enue (across the street from the historic Shiloh church building). Doors
open at 6:15 p.m. and program begins at 6:30 p.m.\n\nThis is a secular pr
ogram being held in a worship center due to its historical connection and
