Additionally\, the program will feature remarks by Mayor Justin Wilson\, Alexandria Black History Museum Director Audrey Davis\, Fo rmer Alexandria City Manager Mark Jinks\, Northern Virginia Urban League B oard Chair Letty Maxwell\, and City Poet Laureate Zeina Azzam.
