 9 Pandemic emergency\, the Sept 10th meeting of the Supplemental Retiremen
 t Plan Pension Board is being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Cod
 e Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and/or the Continuity of Government ordinance a
 dopted by the City Council on April 18\, 2020. All of the members of the B
 oard and staff are participating from remote locations through zoom.  The 
 meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom and the link will be pr
 ovided once it is available.\n\nThe Board manages the investments of the p
 ension plan assets. This plan provides retirement benefits for eligible Ge
 neral Schedule employees\, Deputy Sheriffs\, Medics\, and Fire Marshals. D
 uring the meeting the Board may review the fund's investments and hear fro
 m current and potential investment managers. During each meeting there may
  be an education segment. The Board may hear other matters brought to thei
 r attention. Some meetings are joint meetings with the Firefighters and Po
