 nthly Board meeting and convene in Executive Session to discuss Legal\, Re
 al Estate and\, Personnel issues on Monday\, September 26\, 2022. The meet
 ing will begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to t
 he COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the January 2022\, meeting of the Alexand
 ria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being he
 ld electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and t
 he Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 
 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the pu
 blic body and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom
  meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determinati
 on is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room a
 t 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided i
 n either event.  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (l
 ink below).\n\nPublic comment will be received at the meeting. Individuals
  interested in speaking during the Public Discussion Period should contact
