 gned in compliance with the South Patrick Housing Affordability Strategy (
 Affordability Strategy). The Affordability Strategy includes park improvem
 ents such as play areas\, seating\, and open passive areas that will be de
 signed to be accessible and accommodate all ages and abilities. The park r
 edesign will be implemented through the Heritage at Old Town redevelopment
  process with all applicable approvals. The park will serve the surroundin
 g residential community but will also continue to serve as a pedestrian an
 d bike trail. \n\nThis meeting will provide the community with background 
 about the project and inform about next steps in the redesign process.\n\n
