 tings will begin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\n \n\nD
 ue to the COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, all the September 2022 Special Boa
 rd meetings of the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of
  Commissioners is being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Sect
 ion 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by
  the City Council on June 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  Al
 l of the members of the public body and staff are participating from remot
 e locations through a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronica
 lly\, unless a determination is made that it is safe enough to be held in 
 person in the Board Room at 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic
