 nthly Board meeting and convene in Executive Session to discuss Legal\, Re
 al Estate and\, Personnel issues on Monday\, January 24\, 2022. The meetin
 g will begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the
  COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the January 2022\, meeting of the Alexandri
 a Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being held
  electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the
  Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20
 \, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the publ
 ic body and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom m
 eeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determination
  is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 
 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in 
 either event.  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (lin
 k below).\n\nPublic comment will be received at the meeting. Individuals i
 nterested in speaking during the Public Discussion Period should contact C
