 rforming arts throughout Old Town in the City of Alexandria. The annual ev
 ent (in its 29th year) takes place on Sunday\, December 31\, and will feat
 ure a variety of activities\, activations\, dance parties\, live music and
  more. Museums\, churches\, retail stores\, hotels\, and public buildings 
 are turned into performance venues to showcase a variety of talent. The fe
 stivities kick off at 2:00PM\, pause at 6PM for a family -inspired Firewor
 ks display and concludes at midnight as the community welcomes in the New
