 ndemic emergency\, the Sept 10th meeting of the Supplemental Retirement Pl
 an Pension Board is being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Se
 ction 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and/or the Continuity of Government ordinance adopt
 ed by the City Council on April 18\, 2020. All of the members of the Board
  and staff are participating from remote locations through zoom.  The meet
 ing can be accessed by the public through zoom and the link will be provid
 ed once it is available.\n\nThe Board manages the investments of the pensi
 on plan assets. This plan provides retirement benefits for eligible Genera
 l Schedule employees\, Deputy Sheriffs\, Medics\, and Fire Marshals. Durin
 g the meeting the Board may review the fund's investments and hear from cu
 rrent and potential investment managers. During each meeting there may be 
 an education segment. The Board may hear other matters brought to their at
 tention. Some meetings are joint meetings with the Firefighters and Police
