 egin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COVID-1
 9 Pandemic emergency\, the July 2022 Special Board meetings of the Alexand
 ria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being he
 ld electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and t
 he Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 
 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business. All of the members of the pub
 lic body and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom 
 meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determinatio
 n is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at
  401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in
